Every project will be guided by one of our project managers. Your project manager will be your main contact during the entire duration of the project. They will assign one of our designers or content strategists.

Yes, all of our services can be combined. We are able to offer custom packages that meet your specific needs.

You can always contact us for custom requests. We have a flexible mindset and offer bespoke services.

• Bespoke template design:
  Branded templates for pages, blocks or overlays that can be reused to create your own Foleon Docs.
• Page design:
  Full-page design services including layout and publishing.
• Foleon Doc check:
  Book an extra pair of eyes to help you with a final check and finetune your Foleon Doc.
• Any other custom design help

Depending on the specific project, our project manager will share a list with the required assets and specifications. Think about brand assets, texts, imagery and videos. We can always advise you on the most suitable assets and think along with you. We will build a structure and layout, and transfer these assets into a Foleon Doc design.

In principle, we work with supplied content created by you (or your agency). However, we have a network with trusted creative agencies and copywriters that we can connect you with.

The layout of the templates is fully custom. Together with our project manager you can determine what kind of templates you need. They will be built from scratch to fully align with your needs and brand.

Yes, you can reuse all template pages, blocks and overlays. We can save them in your Template Library so that they are easily accessible for any user within your account. They can be used across Foleon Docs and are easily adaptable for different use cases.

• Platform training:
  In-depth basic and advanced platform training for your entire team, to get them up to speed or to an expert level.
• Custom training:
  Bespoke training tailored to your needs, topics of choice (think about: responsiveness, animation, reviewing a specific Foleon Doc).
• Accessibility training:
  Training on how to consider WCAG/ADA regulations and apply those to your Foleon Docs.

We offer training on different levels, from basic to advanced or about custom topics. With our project manager, you can determine the level of the participants and choose the most suitable training.

A maximum of 10 participants can participate in the training (more in consultation). Trainings can be recorded and shared with a wider audience.

Yes, the training is custom so there is room for different topics and question rounds. It’s also possible to review a specific Foleon Doc where you run into questions or challenges.

Typically, our training is online using video conferencing. Interact with our designer and see their screen. On-site training is possible in consultation with our project manager.
